We has started to work on our social studies unit on needs and wants. We are sorting pictures and using our tablets to take pics of things that are needs and wants in our classroom. We will be creating our own digital books about needs and wants and sharing them with our classmates and with parents as part of our portfolios. We are working in small groups and with partners to complete our explorations. Please see your child’s folder this week for a special note about penny collecting that will help to bring the idea of wants and needs a global prospective.
