Matt Wilhelm, BMX Flatland Rider and Motivational Speaker, Visits Ridge
On Wednesday, January 10th, Matt Wilhelm visited Ridge for two presentations, one for preschool through 2nd grade and one for 3rd through 5th grades. He is a three-time X Games Medalist, World Championship Silver Medalist, and two-time United States National Champion. Among other television appearances Matt advanced to the semi-finals on America’s Got Talent. He also won America’s Got Talent YouTube Competition, and won FOX TV’s 30 Seconds to Fame. Matt performed some bike tricks, including jumping over teachers, and spoke with students about perseverance, determination, and kindness. Students enjoyed the performance and Matt’s message.
