- I began my teaching career in District 59 in 2002. My first year at Ridge I was the Fine Arts, TDP, Reading Resource teacher. I have been an intermediate teacher ever since, spending most of my time in 5th grade.

Biography
I love spending time with my husband, son, and daughter. Our children keep us on our toes at all times. We are huge Cubs and Blackhawks fans. As a family we also love to travel, Disney is a favorite. I also love to read and enjoy cooking.

Assignments
Students should be working on Front Row for 10 -15 minutes every night. They should also be reading for 30 minutes a night.
