Ridge Fuel Up Family Night
On Thursday evening, March 8th Ridge families came out to support our Fuel Up to Play 60 Family Night. It was a great turnout to support health and wellness for our students and families. Stations included milk mustache, fruits and vegetables, healthy smoothies, dancing, yoga, activities in the gym and analyzing the ingredients of certain candy and drinks. We even had a book fair promoting “fueling up our mind” with awesome reading selections. It was an evening to enhance our understanding of healthy choices for our body and mind. A big thanks to Mr. Pflederer, our Physical Education teacher, for coordinating this event, and to our staff, and their families, for facilitating our stations.
